1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using FocusTrackin (including the Android application, Windows desktop application, macOS desktop application, and focustrack.in web services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License & Plans

Free Plan: Grants a non-exclusive, revocable license to use local tracking features with up to three active routines.
Plus Plan: A one-time purchase granting a perpetual, non-exclusive license to unlimited routines, monthly stats, and app exclusions across your supported devices under the same account.
Pro Plan: A subscription-based service providing multi-device cloud synchronization, near-real-time session mirroring, and automated backups. Includes a 14-day free trial where indicated.

3. Billing & Cancellations

Desktop purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record. Android purchases are processed by Google Play. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

FocusTrackin is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we strive for maximum tracking accuracy and high reliability across operating systems, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
